Property information and derived figures

Figures shown are derived from listing data and, where noted, from owner-supplied financials. They are provided for preliminary evaluation only, are not a substitute for independent due diligence, and should be verified before any offer. Cascadian Commercial makes no representation as to their accuracy.

Figures such as price per square foot, price per unit, and price per acre are calculated from listing data and are shown only where the underlying values are published. Income figures — net operating income, cap rate, gross income, expenses, and occupancy — come from the property owner where they appear at all; we have not audited them. Square footage, acreage, year built, zoning, and permitted use must be independently verified with the county and the jurisdiction. Do not rely on anything here in place of your own due diligence.

Confidential documents

By requesting one you agree to keep it confidential, to use it solely to evaluate the subject property, and not to disclose it to any third party without the owner's written consent. Download links are personal to you and may not be shared.

MLS listing data

The data relating to real estate for sale on this website comes in part from the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) programs of the multiple listing services in which Cascadian Real Estate participates (Northwest MLS and Pacific Regional MLS). This information is provided exclusively for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing. All information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Listings are subject to prior sale, change, or withdrawal.

Acceptable use
